Terms & Conditions

Governs use of the Bochedealz website, mobile app, and all related services

1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Bochedealz website (www.bochedealz.com), the Bochedealz mobile application, and all related services (collectively, the “Platform”), operated by Boby Bazaar Pvt Ltd (“Bochedealz,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

2. Definitions

• “Platform” means the Bochedealz website and mobile application, together.
• “Campaign” means a lucky-draw / prize-linked purchase listing offered on the Platform.
• “Coupon Number” means the unique number issued on purchase of a Campaign product, used to identify entries in the corresponding draw.
• “User,” “you,” “your” means any person who accesses or uses the Platform.

3. Eligibility

Use of the Platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 years or older. Users below 18 may use the Platform only under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on their behalf.

4. Account Registration

You may be required to create an account to place orders or participate in Campaigns. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Products, Pricing & Availability

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
• Product and prize images are for illustrative purposes; the actual product or prize may vary slightly in appearance.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors at any time, and to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, with notice to the affected customer.

6. Prize Competitions / Lucky Draw Campaigns — Important, Please Read

Certain listings on the Platform (“Campaigns”) allow you to purchase a product and receive a Coupon Number that is entered into a draw for a chance to win a listed prize.

6.1  Nature of Campaigns

Participation in a Campaign requires a genuine purchase of the underlying product at its listed price; the Coupon Number is issued as an incident of that purchase, not sold separately.

6.2  Draw Conduct

Draws are conducted on the date announced for each Campaign, or once the stated unit/sales threshold is reached, using a documented selection method. Results are published on the Platform's Winners page.

6.3  Eligibility for Prizes

Winners must satisfy the eligibility criteria in Section 3 and may be asked to provide identification and contact details to verify their entry before a prize is released.

6.4  Employee Participation

Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Bochedealz / Boby Bazaar Pvt Ltd staff are not permitted to participate in any Campaign using their own, a family member's, or any internal account.

6.5  Regulatory Compliance

Bochedealz's “buy a product, get a chance to win a prize” mechanic sits in a category — prize competitions and lucky draws linked to a Bochedealz has its current draw mechanics, these Terms, and repeats this review whenever draw mechanics, prize values, or the states in which a Campaign is offered change. 

 

7. Orders & Payment

Accepted payment methods include UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and supported digital wallets. Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery is currently available within India only. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and may vary due to courier or logistics factors outside our control.

9. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been shipped. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled; you may instead initiate a return under Section 10 once the item is delivered.

10. Returns & Refunds

• Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery only if the product is damaged during transportation. No other cancellations are not applicable. Or non-returnable.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by valid proof of purchase.
• Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with supporting photographs where possible.
• Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
• In case of any Online Payment related Failure Issues after varification with the bank refund will process within 24 to 36 hours.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform  including text, images, graphics, logos, and software  is the property of Bochedealz or its licensors and is protected under Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or otherwise exploited without prior written permission from Bochedealz.

12. User Conduct

You agree to use the Platform in a lawful and respectful manner, and not to engage in fraudulent activity, including any attempt to manipulate Coupon Numbers, Campaign entries, or draw outcomes.

13. Charitable Contributions

As part of our commitment to social responsibility, a portion of Bochedealz's profits is donated to verified charitable organizations supporting underprivileged communities across India. Your purchases contribute to these efforts and help us make a positive social impact.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bochedealz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services. We make no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, regarding product suitability, the accuracy of information, or uninterrupted service.

15. Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. We have no control over, and are not responsible for, the content, policies, or practices of any external site. Use of such sites is at your own discretion.

16. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

17. Amendments to These Terms

We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala.

Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Boby Bazaar Pvt Ltd, operating as Bochedealz (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects your information when you use our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in this Policy.

• “Personal Data” means information that identifies, or can reasonably be used to identify, you.
• “Account” means a unique profile created by you to access certain features of the Service.
• “Coupon Number” has the meaning given in our Terms & Conditions.

3.1  Information You Provide

Name, email address, phone number, delivery address, and payment details (processed via secure third-party payment gateways — we do not store full card details), plus any information you submit through Campaign entries, account registration, or customer support requests.

3.2  Automatically Collected Information

Device type, IP address, browser type, pages visited, and similar usage data collected via cookies and analytics tools.

3.3  Prize-Draw Verification Data

For Campaign winners, we may collect additional identity-verification information (e.g., a government-issued ID) solely to confirm eligibility and comply with applicable prize-competition regulations before releasing a prize.

4. How We Use Your Information

• To process orders, payments, and deliveries.
• To administer Campaigns, conduct draws, verify winners, and publish results.
• To respond to customer support requests.
• To maintain the records required for compliance with applicable Indian prize-competition, consumer-protection, and data-protection laws (see Sections 9–10).
• To improve the Platform and personalize your experience.
• To send order updates, service notifications, and — where you have opted in — marketing communications.

5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Platform, remember your preferences, and analyze usage patterns. You can manage cookie settings through your browser, though disabling cookies may affect some features of the Service.

6. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your Personal Data. We may share it with:

• Payment gateway providers, to process transactions securely.
• Courier and logistics partners, to fulfil deliveries.
• Verified charitable partners, only to the extent needed to administer a specific partnership (e.g., confirming contribution disbursement), not for customer-identifying purposes.
• Regulators or government authorities, where required by law, including in connection with prize-competition or lottery-law compliance requests.
• Professional advisors (legal, audit, or compliance), as needed to meet our legal or regulatory obligations.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your Personal Data. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Retention

We retain Personal Data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, including maintaining order history and, for Campaign participants and winners, for a period sufficient to satisfy applicable prize-competition record-keeping requirements and to respond to any regulatory enquiry or customer dispute.

9. Prize Competition & Regulatory Compliance

Because Bochedealz's Campaigns fall within a category of prize competitions and lucky draws linked to a purchase that is specifically regulated in India. We are conducting this campaign only for the promotion of our products. Hence Tax value of the Gift price must be paid by the customer.

10. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such data, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

11. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your Personal Data, and may withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time, by contacting us using the details in Section 13.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
